Business Area Guide Template

This template provides a standardized structure for creating business area guides that align with the program-level guide structure established in Task #8. Use this template when creating or revising business area overview documents to ensure consistency across all business areas.

Overview Structure

Business area guides should follow this overall structure:

This section should:

  • Explain how information or processes flow between areas
  • Use cross-references (with proper links) to other business area guides
  • Consider including a simple diagram showing the relationships
  • Highlight any dependencies or prerequisites from other areas

Implementation Approach

This section should:

  • Provide high-level guidance on implementing this business area
  • Address considerations for different business sizes:
    • Solo agents
    • Small teams (2-5 agents)
    • Mid-size teams (6-20 agents)
    • Large teams/brokerages (21+ agents)
  • Reference the UserPathSelector component where appropriate
